Description

Fusidic acid is an antibiotic. It’s used to treat bacterial infections, such as skin infections including cellulitis and impetigo, and eye infections including conjunctivitis (red, itchy eyes). Fusidic acid is only available on prescription. It comes as a creamointment, or eye drops.

Fuobact – B Cream that consists of Fusidic Acid 2% + Beclomethasone Cream 0.25% has so many advantages for the skin. Acne vulgaris is occasionally treated with topical fusidic acid. Fusidic acid is also only slightly beneficial as an acne treatment. You should not apply the medication to your face for an extended period of time. You should not use Fucidin H cream on open wounds or sensitive areas like the nostrils, ears, lips, or genitals unless your doctor tells you to.

Fusidic acid is used to treat skin infections caused by bacteria such as staphylococci. Impetigo, contaminated cuts and grazes, and infected dermatitis are examples of such infections. It functions by preventing the infection-causing germs from multiplying. The salt of fusidic acid, sodium fusidate, acts in the same way. If you’ve been prescribed something, you may see this name listed as an ingredient.

Beclomethasone is used to treat a number of skin problems (e.g., psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, allergies, rash). Swelling, scratching, and redness are all symptoms of these disorders, and beclomethasone helps to alleviate them. It may also aid in the healing of psoriasis’ rough, scaly skin patches.
