Hydroquinone + Mometasone + Tretinoin is used for the short-term treatment of mild to moderate melasma. It helps reduce scars, marks, blemishes, and dark circles under the eyes. It should always be used along with sun-avoidance measures, like using sunscreens and wearing protective clothing.

Hydroquinone is used to lighten dark patches of skin caused by pregnancy, birth control pills, hormone medicine, or skin damage (also known as hyperpigmentation, melasma, “liver spots,” “age spots,” freckles).

This medication works by stopping the discoloration-causing process in the skin.

Itching, sore, and irritated skin are treated with mometasone skin treatments.

They can help with eczema and psoriasis of various forms (including atopic dermatitis and seborrheic dermatitis).

Mometasone skin remedies are only available with a doctor’s prescription.

Tretinoin is prescribed by the doctor to treat acne or other skin disorders. It works in part by keeping the pores of the skin clean. Tretinoin creams are used to treat fine lines, dark spots, and rough skin on the face that are caused by the sun’s harmful rays.
